Phase 02
Prototype
CAD, fabrication, 3D printing, and quick builds. The goal is a working prototype that can be tested immediately.
Phase 03
Validation
We test demand, usability, technical feasibility, and economics. If it fails, we fail fast—cheaply.

Launch & Iterate
When validation is strong, we refine the offering, package it, and run pilots that produce measurable outcomes.
